Requirements
📄️ Connecting Your Vodia PBX
Vodia Analytics receives data from Vodia PBX via the built-in CDR webhook mechanism. The PBX sends call detail records and recordings automatically to your Vodia Analytics instance.
📄️ Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a real-time overview of your call activity across all connected PBX systems.
📄️ Calls
The Calls page is a searchable, filterable CDR browser that gives you access to every call processed by the platform.
📄️ Call Detail Modal
Clicking any call in the Calls list opens a detail modal with full call information organized into tabs.
📄️ Queues
The Queues page provides analytics for all ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) queues across your connected PBX systems.
📄️ Extensions & Numbers
The Extensions page tracks individual extension performance across all call types.
📄️ Live
The Live page provides real-time visibility into active calls and queue operations across your connected PBX systems. Data streams directly from the PBX via WebSocket — no polling, no delay.
📄️ AI Insights
The AI Insights page aggregates intelligence from all AI-analyzed calls to surface trends, problem areas, and team performance patterns.
📄️ Sharing Transcriptions
Vodia Analytics lets you share call details, recordings, transcripts, and AI analysis with anyone via a secure one-time link — no login required.
📄️ Admin Panel
The Admin panel is available to users with the super_admin or admin role. It provides management interfaces for users, API keys, security settings, and platform configuration.
📄️ User Roles & Permissions
Vodia Analytics uses a four-tier role system. Each role determines what pages and data a user can access.
📄️ Security
Vodia Analytics is designed for production deployment with multiple layers of security.
📄️ Upgrading
