📄️ Auto Attendants
Auto attendants are routing calls to the right destination. This is typically done in a dialog with the caller. The caller can use DTMF to navigate the auto attendant or wait for a timeout to trigger an action.
📄️ Extensions
Users communicate to the system through extensions. Extensions can be called directly or they can be part of ring groups and call queues. Typically an extension has one or more registrations with devices of the user, like VoIP phones, apps or the browser. There are a lot of settings available for an extension. This page explains how to create and manage extensions.
📄️ Extension Types
For prepaid licenses, there is no differentiation of extension types and all features are available on the extensions. This applies to the standard, professional and enterprise licenses.

Conference rooms are used to mix audio of multiple parties into a conference call. The conference is hosted on the PBX, for the participants the call appears as regular call into an account of the system.
📄️ Ring Groups
A ring group is used to distribute a incoming call to a group of extensions and other account types. In contrast to a call queue, callers are not lined up and routed immediately instead. Ring groups are suitable for low-volume call groups where callers typically don't have to wait for an extension to pick up the call.

Park orbits provide a way to temporarily park a call. The call can be retrieved by the user that has parked the call or any other user that has the permission to retrieve the call.
📄️ Service Flags
There are many places in the PBX where binary decisions have to be made. The PBX uses service flags for this. A typical service flag would be on during office hours, and off outside office hours.
📄️ Calling Cards
Calling cards account allows caller to place outbound calls from the system without being logged into their extension. This is specifically advantageous to the user who is traveling. To place an international call, user simply call into the system and enter their extension number and PIN code. The call will reflect the office's caller-ID and will appear in the user's call log.
