📄️ Registrations
The registration page is located within a domain, it will inform the administrator of all the registered phone on the system. To check the registrations in a domain, navigate to Status --> Registrations under your current domain.
📄️ DTMF Detection
When an incoming call arrives at the Vodia PBX, caller may be prompted to press some digits to reach the final destination. Most of the modern VoIP systems/devices support RFC4733(obsoletes RFC2833) RTP events.
📄️ One Way Audio
The one way audio is usually an issue experienced between two or more SIP/IP desktop or Web/Softphones. When one or more SIP phones on the established calls are not able to hear each other, or one of them is unable to hear the other party, this is a typical case of inaudible phone call on either sides. There can be some basic issues which one can look in order to avoid such issues. Please also refer to this doc page for information on ports that need to be open on Vodia PBX.
📄️ RTCP-XR
There have been cases where some providers do not support RTCP-XR messages. Instead of ignoring them, they just reject the calls. This is not correct, however we are unable to control providers. In such cases, there is a need to turn off the RTCP-XR on the PBX and here is how it is done.
