Extensions
The Extensions page tracks individual extension performance across all call types.
Extension Performance Table
A sortable table listing all extensions with activity in the selected date range:

| Total Calls | All calls involving this extension |
| Inbound | Inbound calls answered |
| Outbound | Outbound calls placed |
| Total Talk | Cumulative talk time |
| Avg Talk | Average talk time per call |
| MOS | Average voice quality score |
Clicking an extension row navigates to the Calls page pre-filtered to that extension, so you can see their full call history.
Extension Chart
A bar chart visualizes call volume by extension, making it easy to spot your busiest and quietest team members at a glance.
