Vodia's Tenant Call Log for VoIP Troubleshooting
Vodia's tenant Call Log empowers administrators to diagnose VoIP issues using detailed Call Data Records (CDRs). These CDRs, generated per call, offer comprehensive data for pinpointing problems.
Each CDR includes:
Detailed Call Flow: Tracks the complete call progression.
This section displays call flow, call details, including ring time, hangup reason (e.g. for missed calls), talk time and language.
SIP Packets: Captures SIP messaging for each call leg
This section displays the SIP packets for each call leg, along with the DTMF keys pressed.
CDRQ Statistics: Presents quality metrics per call leg
Here, you can view call quality metrics for each call leg, including measurements like local jitter and remote jitter.
Device Information
This section displays information about the devices involved for each call leg
Additional call logging
This section contains supplementary call sip and media logs to aid in detailed troubleshooting
