Statistics
Overview
The Statistics feature in Vodia PBX provides visual representations of your communication activity and call quality over time. This helps you track your availability patterns and monitor the quality of your voice calls.
Accessing Statistics
- Log in to your Vodia PBX user interface
- Locate your account avatar in the top-right corner of the screen
- Click on your avatar or the ellipsis (three vertical dots) next to it
- Select Statistics from the dropdown menu
Statistics Dashboard
The Statistics dashboard displays two main graphs side by side:
- User Availability - Shows when you were available and active on calls
- MOS (Mean Opinion Score) - Displays the quality of your voice calls
User Availability Graph
The User Availability graph shows your activity patterns over the past week (or selected time period), broken down by days and hours.
Understanding the Graph
- X-axis: Hours of the day (displayed in either 12-hour or 24-hour format based on your system settings)
- Y-axis: Days of the week (displayed as abbreviated day names)
- Color Coding:
- Green: Time spent talking on calls
- Red: Time when you were in "Do Not Disturb" (DND) mode
- Gray: Time when you were registered/online but not on calls
Settings
You can customize what the availability graph displays:
- Activity Type: Default is "talk" (active calls), but can be changed to other activity types
- Number of Days: Default is 7 days, but can be adjusted
The graph automatically updates every 15 minutes to reflect your latest activity.
MOS (Mean Opinion Score) Graph
The MOS graph displays the quality of your voice calls over time.
Understanding MOS Scores
- Scale: 1 to 5, where 5 represents excellent call quality
- X-axis: Hours (previous 24 hours)
- Y-axis: MOS score
A higher MOS score indicates better call quality. Generally:
- 4.3-5.0: Excellent quality
- 4.0-4.3: Good quality
- 3.6-4.0: Fair quality
- 3.1-3.6: Poor quality
- Below 3.1: Bad quality

- 24-hour format: Displays hours as 0, 1, 2... 23
This setting is determined by your system's local settings configuration.
