Deutsche Telekom CompanyFlex – SIP Trunk Setup
1. Login to the Telekom BSP Portal
Open the Deutsche Telekom BSP Portal:
https://bsp.geschaeftskunden.telekom.de/portal/login.xhtml
- Log in with your credentials.
- Wait for the confirmation code via email.
- Enter the confirmation code in the portal.
2. Create a SIP Trunk in the Telekom Account
- Navigate in the account to:
Action → Configure CompanyFlex - Create a new SIP trunk.
- Assign the desired phone numbers (DIDs) to the trunk.
Notes
- Multiple SIP trunks can be created.
- The overview shows all created trunks with their assigned phone numbers.
- Individual trunks can be opened via right-click → Edit / Configure Details.
- The login credentials for PBX setup are also displayed there.
3. Set Up the SIP Trunk in the PBX
Navigate in the PBX to:
Tenant → SIP Trunks (V69 VoIP Provider) → Add
- Select the Deutsche Telekom Company Flex template from the provider list.
- The fields are pre-filled with suggestions matching the format of the login credentials stored in the BSP Portal.
- Enter the credentials shown in the BSP account if needed.
If all details are correct, the trunk will connect to the Deutsche Telekom server immediately.

Recommendation: When using number blocks, it is recommended to configure extensions so that the last digits of the DID match the extension numbers.
6. Summary
- Create a SIP trunk in the Telekom BSP Portal
- Assign phone numbers
- Set up the trunk in the PBX using the Deutsche Telekom Company Flex template
- Check the dial plan and inbound routing
After successful setup, the trunk is immediately ready for use.
