CRM Integration
The CRM Integration feature allows you to connect your Vodia PBX system with popular Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms. This integration enables automatic call logging, contact synchronization, and enhanced customer information tracking directly within your preferred CRM system.
Getting Started
Before setting up CRM integration, ensure you have:
- An active account with your preferred CRM provider (SalesForce or SugarCRM)
- Login credentials for your CRM account
- The correct server address for your CRM instance
How to Configure CRM Integration

Navigate to the CRM Integration settings page in your Vodia PBX interface

From the dropdown menu, select your CRM platform:
- Select "SalesForce" for SalesForce integration
- Select "SugarCRM" for SugarCRM integration
- Select "None" to disable CRM integration

After selecting your CRM type, enter the following required information:
- Username: Your CRM account username
- Password: Your CRM account password
- Address: The server address of your CRM instance

Click the "Save" button to apply your configuration

The configuration fields will only appear after you select a CRM platform from the dropdown menu.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues
Connection Failed
- Verify your username and password are correct
- Ensure the server address is entered in the proper format
- Check if your CRM account has sufficient permissions for API access
Missing Call Data
- Confirm that your CRM integration is properly configured
- Verify that your CRM instance is accessible from your PBX system
- Check if there are any network restrictions preventing communication
