How to Connect a Headset
If you have a compatible headset (such as Yealink or Jabra models), you can connect it to control call functions directly from the headset:
- Under "Connect to a headset", click the headset icon button.
- When prompted by your browser, select your headset from the list of available HID devices.
- Click "Pair" or "Connect" to establish the connection.
- Once connected, your headset buttons can be used to answer calls, hang up, and control other call functions.
When a compatible headset is connected, you can use its physical buttons to answer incoming calls or end active calls without needing to use the software interface.
Supported Headset Features
When using a compatible headset:
- The headset will ring when you receive incoming calls
- You can answer calls by pressing the appropriate button on your headset
- You can end calls using your headset's hang-up button
- LED status indicators on your headset will reflect your current call status
