Tenants & Accounts
The Tenants & Accounts page provides a full breakdown of every PBX domain and its account composition across the fleet.
Summary Cards

| Total Tenants | Total PBX domains across all servers |
| Total Accounts | Fleet-wide account count with extensions highlighted |
Per-PBX Sections
Each PBX server gets its own section listing all discovered tenants. For each PBX, server-level totals are shown before breaking out individual tenants.
Server Totals
A Server Totals block summarises account types across all tenants on that server, split into two groups:
Extensions — billable/user-facing account types:
- Extensions
- CQ Agents
- Classrooms
- Mailbox Only
Other Accounts — system/infrastructure types:
- Auto Attendants
- Ring Groups
- Call Queues
- Service Flags
- Paging Groups
- Voice Agents (IVR)
- Park Orbits
- Conference Rooms
Tenant Rows
Each tenant row shows:
- Tenant display name (with FQDN on hover)
- Total accounts, extensions, and other accounts
- A Metrics link to the tenant's detailed statistics on the source PBX
Filtering
Use the PBX filter tabs at the top of the page to scope the view to a single server.
