Extensions
The Extensions page tracks individual extension performance across all call types.
Extension Performance Table
A sortable table listing all extensions with activity in the selected date range:

| Clicking an extension row navigates to the Calls page pre-filtered to that extension, so you can see their full call history. |

A bar chart visualizes call volume by extension, making it easy to spot your busiest and quietest team members at a glance.

Top Numbers
The Top Numbers section provides performance breakdowns for the most active phone numbers across three categories:
- Top Inbound DIDs (Called Numbers) — the most frequently called inbound numbers (DIDs/trunk numbers), showing total calls, answered calls, total talk time, and average talk time per number.
- Top Outbound Numbers Dialed — the most frequently dialed external numbers, with the same call and talk time metrics.
- Top Inbound Callers — the external numbers that call in most frequently, helping identify your most active callers.
Each table displays the formatted number with country flag (when enabled), contact name (if matched), call counts, answered counts, total talk time, and average talk time. Numbers are ranked by call volume within the selected date range and tenant filters.
