Branding

Vodia Wallboards supports per-tenant branding. You can upload a logo and set an accent colour that appear in the wallboard header and TV display mode.

Configuration​

Navigate to Settings → Branding to configure branding for your tenant.

Upload a logo file by dragging and dropping onto the upload area or clicking to browse. Supported formats are SVG, PNG, WebP, and JPEG, with a maximum file size of 500 KB.

The logo appears in the top-left of the wallboard header bar, replacing the default "Vodia Wallboards" wordmark. SVG files are recommended for the sharpest results on high-resolution displays.

To remove the current logo and revert to the default wordmark, click Remove logo.

Accent Colour​

Set a hex colour value using the colour picker or by typing directly into the hex field. A live preview strip shows exactly how the header will look with your chosen colour.

The accent colour is used as the background of the header bar in TV display mode. Vodia Wallboards automatically calculates whether white or dark text provides sufficient contrast against your chosen colour.

Where Branding Appears​

  • The wallboard builder header shows the logo and uses the accent colour as a subtle border accent
  • The TV display mode header uses the accent colour as the full header background with the logo on the left and a live clock on the right

Click Save Branding to apply. Changes take effect immediately on all open wallboard views.
